AUTO LEGENDS PRIVACY POLICYEffective Date: August 4, 2025“Auto Legends” is a proprietary interactive entertainment software product or application (“Game”), including a blockchain platform that utilizes digital “smart contracts” enabling users to create, acquire, own, and transfer unique digital cars, characters and visual assets or content. The Game is published and developed by Autoverse Studios, Inc. (“Autoverse” “we” “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Game. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information that we may collect or you may provide when you use the Game. This Privacy Policy also describes our practices for using, disclosing, and maintaining such information.
Your use of the Game, making a purchase in the Game, or accepting this Privacy Policy or our separate Terms of Use each constitute your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Game.
1. Personal Information We Collect. “Personal information” is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. We collect your email address and IP address to be able to play the Game. Your general geographic location may be discernable from your IP address, but we do not specifically collect user location. If you contact us in connection with the Game or request support from us via Discord, we may learn your name. You will have a user ID and password for the account you create in order to play the Game. Your log-in credentials are visible to us in the course of maintaining and troubleshooting the game. Your player name in the Game is public and visible to other users in the Game. You are expected to provide accurate information about yourself to create an account. You may not impersonate someone else or use a fake identity to create an account, though we recognize that the player names in the Game may be fanciful and not someone’s real name.
In the course of operating the Game, information relating to your use of the Game may also be visible to us, such as your purchase history in the Game, and other gaming metrics, such as time spent playing, and what digital assets you hold. Whenever you interact with the Game, we, as well as our service providers, may use also use assorted technologies that automatically or passively collect data about how the Game is being accessed, used and played. This data may include type of device used to access the Game, unique number assigned to identify such device, operating system, your use of features or applications within the Game, and other usage information (“Use Data”). This information helps us manage, improve and customize the Game’s features and functionality and may be used to identify you like personal information.
We may offer the ability to log into your user account for the Game using the same log-in credentials you use with a third party social media platform. If you initiate the log in via such a platform, you authorize its sharing your log-in credentials with us for verification purposes to permit you to access your account in the Game. That platform will also receive a communication back that your log-in to the Game was successful or not. You may log in to the Game directly without using a third party social media account to access the Game. We reserve the right to change from time to time what third party platforms can be used to log into the Game. Those platforms are not affiliated with us. We don’t control them and they don’t control the Game. This log-in feature is merely available, optionally, for your convenience. We have no liability to you if an unauthorized user access the Game through your Game account or a third party account of yours. To be able to use the third party platform log-in for the Game, your log-in on that platform will be linked to your Game ID to facilitate your logging into the game.
We do not process payments of any type of currency, real or digital. You provide your payment information to the third party payment processor, wallet, or other service you elect to use in connection with the Game to fund any transactions in connection with the Game. Such transactions and use of the Game more generally are subject to our separate Terms of Use. When you interact with a third party platform or service, you are subject to their separate privacy policy and terms of use, which we do not control.
2. How We Use Information We Collect. We use information we collect, including your personal information and Use Data, to make the Game and our services supporting the Game available, to provide digital assets, services, features and functionality users have requested in or via the Game, communicate about them with users, and support, manage, troubleshoot, protect and improve the Game and our related offerings. We may also use your personal information to send you emails. Feel free to opt out of marketing messages in the individual email, but doing so will not affect our ability to continue to contact you regarding your existing or past gaming relationship with us.
3. Information We Share with Others. We may disclose your personal information to our affiliates and third parties to provide you with what you request (e.g., delivery of Game features and functionality), protect the security and integrity of the Game and our systems, to correct technical problems with the Game, to technically process your information, to provide the Game, and to take precautions against liability. We also may provide your personal information to service providers who provide services on our behalf, such as our data centers hosting the Game. You may also share your own personal information in the course of accessing the Game. Your player name in the Game is public to other users of the Game. The Game is online. Your online activity in connection with the Game will be transmitted via your mobile carrier’s or internet service provider’s network and your carrier/provider may have access to it. Consult your their privacy policy for additional information. If you are access the Game via a device you do not own and control, such as via an employer’s systems or devices, your use of the Game may be visible to the device or system owner. We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in connection with a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of assets, reorganization or liquidation of our business. We reserve the right to disclose any personal information as needed if that information is requested by law enforcement agencies or if we are required to do so by law, treaty, regulation, subpoena, court order, or by a government entity. We also may disclose your personal information to third parties if we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to conduct investigations of possible breaches of law, to cooperate in any legal investigation, or to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating any agreement with us.
4. Do-Not-Track Requests; Third-Party Tracking. Unless your browser settings are configured to make your online activities and publicly available information about your online activities (such as Use Data as described above) invisible to usage analytics tools, we do not presently have the capability to omit you from usage analytics to the extent your browser sends us a “do not track” message. However, third parties, other than our vendors assisting with making the Game available do not have authorization from us to track your uses of the Game or track what other activities you may have engaged in before or after using the Game (for example, using a different website). That said, we cannot control third-party tracking and there may be some third-party tracking that occurs without our knowledge or consent.
5. Third-Party Links. The Game may contain links to third-party services, apps, and websites that are not controlled by us in any way. Any such links are made available to you as a convenience, and you agree to use the third party offerings at your own risk. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy or business practices or content of such third-party services. Consult their separate privacy policy and terms in regard to their practices.
6. Children. The Game is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of any such individual, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
7. Notice to Residents of Countries Outside the United States. We are headquartered in the United States and currently our Game is only intended for individuals located in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, be advised that any information you provide to us will be transferred to and stored in the United States and that, by submitting information to us, you explicitly authorize its transfer and storage within the United States. We will protect the privacy and security of personal information according to this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed or stored.
8. Your California Privacy Rights. Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business with whom the California resident has an established business relationship what types of personal information, if any, the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third parties and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information in the immediately preceding calendar year. We do not currently share any personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such parties. A number of states are currently considering enacting laws similar to the California law above. If you are a resident of a state that enacts such a law, please use the contact information above to contact us with any questions, requests or comments.
9. Changes to Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change or replace this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion at any time and we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the posted version of this Privacy Policy. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Game following the posting of changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
